· Molecular Electronics: Molecular scale charge transport, conduction mechanism, interaction of charge  carrisers with molecules, contact effect, energy band structure.

· Organic (polymer) non-volatile memory devices, Flexible electronics

· Nanowire field effect transistors, logic circuits

· Graphene-electrode optoelectronic devices
